46. Lucy Jeanette Fischer was born on 25 March 1905 on the family farm in the Pella community, rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska. She was the first child born on the Fischer family farm located at 176th street and Firth road. She was baptized in June 1905 at the in Pella Reformed Church, Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska. She received elementary education at Lancaster County Public Schools, District 20, "Wooden Shoe" located at 176th street and Firth road in rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska. She died on 27 January 1996 at the age of 90 in Tecumseh, Johnson County, Nebraska. She was buried on 30 January 1996 in the Pella cemetery, Pella, rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska.

Lucy Jeanette Fischer and Coe John Kroese were married on 11 January 1927 in Pella Reformed Church, Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska. They started married life on the Brookhuizen farm located two miles west of Highway 43 on the Gage County line road. They moved to his parents farm one mile west of the Pella Church when his parents retired and moved to Firth, Lancaster County, Nebraska. When Coe's brother Edward married they relocated to a Kroese farm near Cook, Johnson County, Nebraska . They purchased that farm from the Kroese estate after Coe's mother died and lived there for the remainder of their lives.
They were members of the Pella Reformed Church, Pella, rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska while they lived in the Pella community. They transferred their church membership to the Cook Methodist Church after their move to Cook, Johnson County, Nebraska. Lucy transferred her membership back to Pella after Coe's death and attended regularly the remainder of her life.
Coe John Kroese, son of John Kroese and Jane K. Van Greuningan, was born on 2 August 1903 on the family farm in the Pella community, rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska. He attended Pella elementary country school and graduated from Panama High School, Panama, Lancaster county, Nebraska. He was a farmer in the Pella and Cook Nebraska communities. He died on 9 August 1980 at the age of 77 in Tecumseh, Johnson County, Nebraska. He was buried in the Pella cemetery, Pella, rural Adams, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
